Power Dome Hitting System!

For Baseball, the "on-the-field" vision and feel provides an environment designed for the BBCOR era. The small ball approach consisting of bunting, hit and runs, ball placement and opposite field hitting can be practiced. The ability to see the ball flight encourages gap hit timing and line drive placement.

For Fastpitch, hitters can actually run out bunts, slap hits and drag bunts without running into a net. The 22+ feet of distance down the lines allows for perfecting ball placement both in distance traveled and zones hit to.

Seeing ball flight on live swings enables the hitter to learn the habits of driving to specific zones and gaps.

So what is the Power Dome?

  • It is a 30'x30'x12'H square batting cage that when used diagonally gives a pitching distance of about 35'.
  • It has a crossing cable system on top that is used to raise the center of the net to 13' giving hitters a spacious outdoor feeling.
  • The 30x30x12 Net is heavy duty 42 braided PE and the Frame is 2" square heavy walled tubing.
  • The outfield walls have a second baffle net that hangs from roof to floor to provide extra durability and prolong the life of the main outer net.
  • Includes Foul lines and Power lines for visual aids to make hitters more aware of their results.
  • Gap markers (2) can be hung anywhere on the net to serve as targets for power alleys and gaps or be placed as fielders to take away specific zones.
  • Need more uses. Add the divider net to make two 15'x30 tunnels for those days when you want maximum swings for your team.
