Products must be returned within 14 days from the date the product was received or date of last delivery attempt. The item(s) must be unused and still in the original packaging. Refunds will be minus the shipping charges and a 5% bank fee of the total costs. Call or email Oaks Batter Up Texas first to set up the return. Items can only be returned if the product is in its original condition with the tags still connected. Items can be shipped back to Oaks Batter Up Texas, or brought back to our store location.
