Stop avoiding sliding practice! The Slide-Rite teaches sliding and diving skills without the worry of injury. Constructed from durable Cordura with a 1 3/8" foam cushion. Top nylon sliding sheet is attached but releases when you slide, allowing for smooth and safe sliding.Helpful Hint: If sliding becomes difficult, lightly spray the surface of the Cordura (bottom portion) with silicon. Do not spray the top nylon sliding sheet.
